In this course, I bring that mystical tradition into conversation with our own experiences of desire, pleasure, and embodiment.
We'll explore what it means to listen to desire without immediately judging it, suppressing it, or assuming we must act on it. We'll consider how pleasure might become part of a contemplative life and what happens when we allow ourselves to experience the sacred through our bodies.
