My Story

My path has followed a persistent curiosity about the sacred: how we experience it, how we question it, and how we find it in our bodies and everyday lives.

For more than twenty years, I’ve explored Reiki, tarot, and intuitive practice. That curiosity also led me into Chinese medicine and acupuncture, where I learned to listen closely to the relationship between body, emotion, and spirit.

Spiritual direction opened another door. I followed it into seminary, earning a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Theology alongside my master’s degree in Chinese Medicine. I’m now pursuing a Doctor of Ministry, exploring confession, shame, and sacred truth-telling beyond traditional religious settings.

Through it all, I’ve kept asking: Can spirituality make room for our whole humanity? Our grief and pleasure? Our faith and doubt? The desires we’ve hidden and the experiences we can’t explain?

Those questions shape my work as a chaplain, mystic, and spiritual companion. I offer a compassionate space to explore what matters to you, with respect for your beliefs, your boundaries, and your pace.

We can talk about God, sexuality, loss, religious wounds, intuition, or the messy business of being human. You don’t have to clean up your language or make your story sound more spiritual.

I believe your body belongs in your spiritual life. Your questions deserve room. And you deserve to be heard without shame.
